5 South Union Street is a 525,000sf mill building located along the Merrimack River in Lawrence, MA. New Balance is the sole tenant of the building and the ground floor level is home to the New Balance Factory Store.  A famous landmark in Lawrence, the Ayer Mill Clock Tower, is located on top of the building.  This clock tower is the world’s largest mill clock and is second in size only to Big Ben in London.
