Patty Guzman is NB Development Group’s Assistant Real Estate Controller. In this role Patty is responsible for the oversight and preparation of financial reporting, financial controls (policy & procedures), and system administration. In addition, Patty also serves as the human resources liaison for the company.
Patty has over 20 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining NB Development Group, Patty was a Controller at Whittier Partners, Finard & Company and New Boston Fund. Patty received a Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
