As the Facility Manager for the TRACK at new balance, AJ will oversee day-to-day facility management, event procurement, planning-implementation and operational management. AJ will fill a key role interacting with event stakeholders and influence the staging of their events.
AJ most recently served in the role of Events Manager at the Birmingham Alabama CrossPlex from it’s opening in summer of 2011 through the championship season of 2019. During his time at the CrossPlex, he was successful in securing championships for 8 Collegiate Conferences and managing over 80 sports events annually along with leading the NCAA Bid process resulting in the awarding of 29 National Championship events for the years of 2013 through 2022 in multiple sports. He has a broad based background of managing businesses, event concept development, sponsorship solicitation along with an extensive network of working relationships within several sport categories.
AJ is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. While at Fairleigh Dickinson, he was a member of the track team.
